The experience of our “Banquet" (Kindermusik Intl, Nov 2008) was so poorly executed that our customers literally left hungry or entirely unfed. I had to make an impromptu decision to refund the the ticket price paid by all customers as a result. Suffice to say that the caterer was unable to handle our event, was not able to cook the food fast enough and even served food that was undercooked. I personally sampled shrimp that was served cold to the touch. The experience was an unmitigated disaster and left us with a near customer revolt. Mr. Krupa and his staff have been unwilling to take any responsibility for this.
