Triangle Rock Club Tweetup

Have you always wanted to try rock climbing but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you’re a seasoned climber looking to meet some tweeps. This is your chance to meet your tweeps and learn how to climb. Join us at the Triangle Rock Club aka @ClimbingTRC for a Sunday evening of climbing and socializing. You have three options to participate: Option 1: The Triangle Rock Club is offering a special Group Intro Class rate for the Tweetup. The Triangle Rock Club team will teach us the top rope safety… Show more basics, giving us all the skills we need to safely belay another and build our confidence while climbing. The $25 fee will cover instruction, full equipment rental and a one-week climbing pass, so you can keep putting your new climbing skills to work even after the tweetup. Option 2: Already know how to climb? Come socialize with your tweeps and receive discounted entry to the Triangle Rock Club for $12. If needed, harness and shoes can be rented for $3 and $4, respectively. Option 3: Not interested in climbing or already at Triangle Rock Club member? Come socialize and watch or climb for free. Arrive early to mingle, pay your entry fee and get outfitted with equipment. The group intro class will start promptly at 5 p.m. Within an hour you’ll be climbing. Climb until the club closes at 7 p.m.
